Luca Falzon
A Maltese artist who always harboured a deep passion for tattoo artistry, Luca's journey began when he got his first tattoo at 18 — an experience that sparked a lifelong dedication to the craft. He started with an apprenticeship right here at Black Eye Specialist, learning the art from the ground up.
Luca values creating meaningful tattoos for every client, whether it's your very first piece or a full sleeve. He's adapted to every shift in the industry — from machine types to evolving trends — and finds his greatest joy in client satisfaction and continually pushing his craft forward. He thrives on personal connections with his clients, and while his drawing inspiration varies, his favourite style is dark and horror.

Tori Talio
Originally from the UK, Tori fused her lifelong passion for art with her love of tattoo collecting and turned it into a career. After impressing her own tattoo artist with original designs, she embarked on a rigorous two-year apprenticeship — mastering everything from reception work to machine maintenance.
With over 17 years in the industry, Tori has navigated every shift in the craft, from coil machines to lighter modern tools, and watched trends evolve from tribal to cyber sigilism. Her specialty is fineline black and grey, but her versatility shines through in all styles. She builds genuine rapport with every client, embraces online consultations, and cherishes the joy of seeing a finished piece come to life. Despite owning her own studio, Tori found freedom in travelling for tattooing — breaking physical boundaries in her artistic journey.
